Children Dosage
The prescribed dosage for adults, children, and older infants who have normally functioning renal is 15 mg/kg/day divided into 2 or 3 equal doses injected at intervals with equally divided time e.g., 7.5 mg/kg q12h or 5 mg/kg. For the treatment of patients obese or heavyweight dosage should not exceed 1.5g/day.
Adult Dosage
