Description

About:

Sprahaler Respules 500mcg/2ml Vial 1 ‘S is a prescription medicine and is a member of the bronchodilator family of drugs. Bronchodilators are drugs inhaled through the mouth that dilates the bronchial tubes (air passages) in the lungs.

Sprahaler Respules 500mcg/2ml Vial 1 ‘S is used to prevent shortness of breath, wheezing, coughing, and chest tightness in people with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD: a group of diseases affecting the lungs and airways), that further includes chronic bronchitis (swelling of the air passages leading to the lungs) and emphysema (damage to the air sacs in the lungs). This drug does not work as quickly as your quick-relief drug, but it may be taken in conjunction with it to treat symptoms of wheezing or abrupt shortness of breath if your doctor prescribes it.

This medication has anticholinergic properties. Sprahaler Respules 500mcg/2ml Vial 1 ‘S works by relaxing and opening the lung’s airways, making breathing easier. The muscarinic acetylcholine receptor is inhibited by Sprahaler Respules 500mcg/2ml Vial 1 ‘S and the parasympathetic neural system in the airways is inhibited as a result of this impact, which leads to bronchodilation and some secretions.

Sprahaler Respules 500mcg/2ml Vial 1 ‘S is available as an inhaler or a solution to be used in a nebulizer machine upon a prescription. Sprahaler Respules 500mcg/2ml Vial 1 ‘S available in solution (liquid) is to be inhaled through the mouth with a nebulizer (equipment that converts medicine into a mist that can be inhaled) or as an aerosol to be inhaled through the mouth with an inhaler. Once every 6 to 8 hours, the nebulizer solution is commonly used three or four times a day and four times a day, on average, the aerosol is utilized or as directed by your doctor. Follow the directions on your prescription label carefully, and if there is anything you don’t understand, ask your doctor or pharmacist to explain it to you.

Inhalation is the most typical method of administration, as it provides for a local impact without causing major systemic absorption.

Dosage is determined by your medical condition and treatment response. If you are prescribed this drug daily, it works best if you take it at regular intervals. Use it at the same times every day to help you remember. Without first consulting, your doctor, do not increase your dose, use this drug more frequently, or stop using it.

Dizziness, nausea, stomach trouble, dry mouth, and constipation are all possible side effects. Tell your doctor or pharmacist right away if any of these side effects persist or worsen.

Rarely, this medicine might cause significant, immediate worsening of respiratory issues. Use your quick-relief medicine and seek medical attention right away if your breathing becomes suddenly worse.

How Does Sprahaler Respules 500mcg/2ml Vial 1 ‘S Work

Sprahaler Respules 500mcg/2ml Vial 1 ‘S has anticholinergic properties that work by relaxing and opening the lung’s airways, making breathing easier. The muscarinic acetylcholine receptor is inhibited by Sprahaler Respules 500mcg/2ml Vial 1 ‘S and the parasympathetic neural system in the airways is inhibited as a result of this impact. Because the parasympathetic nervous system’s purpose in the airway is to produce bronchial secretions and constriction, inhibiting this action can result in bronchodilation and fewer secretions.
