Alprazolam 0.5mg Tablet 30 ‘S is a medicine belonging to the drug class known as Benzodiazepines, used to treat people suffering from anxiety, depression, panic attacks, insomnia, and in the treatment of alcohol withdrawal. Alprazolam 0.5mg Tablet 30 ‘S is chemically composed of Alprazolam. It helps combat these ailments by enhancing the action of GABA receptors.GABA, a neurotransmitter suppresses the activity of the brain and consequently the symptoms. Benzodiazepines are also commonly prescribed tranquilizers. 

Alprazolam 0.5mg Tablet 30 ‘S is prescribed as per the patient’s requirement. It can be taken thrice daily to patients to be ingested either with or without food. Dosage 

A tablet a day is prescribed most commonly.
