Amdaquin 150mg Tablet 10 ‘S is prescribed to patients suffering from an active malarial infection. Amdaquin 150mg Tablet 10 ‘S can be used in combination with another antimalarial drug or separately. Malaria is transmitted through mosquitoes (plasmodium falciparum) and is prevalent in many countries. The virus once transmitted can infect human blood cells or the liver. Amdaquin 150mg Tablet 10 ‘S is prescribed to eliminate viruses from infected blood cells. Amdaquin 150mg Tablet 10 ‘S is not used for the prevention of malaria.
Amdaquin 150mg Tablet 10 ‘S is available in syrup as well as tablet form. Patients aged 12-14 years and below are commonly prescribed the syrup (liquid) form; it’s advisable to have an adult carefully measure out the dosage before ingestion. How To Use Amdaquin 150mg Tablet 10 ‘S?
