{{Product}} should not be consumed for more than 7 days and should be consumed at least an hour after the consumption of antacids or milk products as it may cause an upset stomach. {{Product}} may take up to 6-12 hours to work. {{Product}} comes in the form of a tablet which should only be tried if other laxatives have been unsuccessful. 

{{Product}} is advised to be avoided by pregnant or nursing women as it may cause side effects or harm. Common side effects caused by medicine can include nausea, diarrhea, stomach pain, and stomach cramps. Delax 5mg Tablet 10 ‘S is to be ingested orally with water to help the tablet flow down the throat easily. It can be consumed with or without food and should not be chewed or crushed. Delax 5mg Tablet 10 ‘S should be ingested only as directed by the medical expert. The medicine should be consumed daily if instructed by the doctor

{{Product}} is a laxative that performs the function of increasing the number of movements that the intestine makes which results in the stool softening and coming out easily and fastly. 

Dosage 

Children 4-18 yrs:

Constipation: 5-20mg once daily at night adjusted according to the response.

Adults: 

Constipation: 10-20mg once daily at night.

Bowel clearance before surgery: 10mg twice daily in the morning and evening a day before the surgery.

Pregnancy Use And Lactation 

Medicine has shown potential risks and hence should be avoided during pregnancy. If a patient gets pregnant during the administration then she should consult her doctor. 

{{Product}} is advised to not be administered to the nursing mother as it may be exerted into the breastmilk and cause infant harm. There has been no potential evidence of harm but there are potential risks therefore {{Product}} is advised to be avoided.
