U-Progest 200mg Capsule 10 ‘S should be ingested either at lunchtime and/or after bedtime.

Dosage is entirely dependent upon the patient’s illness, the severity of it, the weight and age of the patient along with any side effects that may affect the patient. U-Progest 200mg Capsule 10 ‘S can be advised to be ingested once or twice daily and may be increased or decreased during the treatment depending on the patient’s needs.

How To Use U-Progest 200mg Capsule 10 ‘S

Tablet

U-Progest 200mg Capsule 10 ‘S should be ingested either at lunchtime and/or after bedtime.

Patients are asked to ingest U-Progest 200mg Capsule 10 ‘S at the same time each day, an alarm can be placed to remind patients to take U-Progest 200mg Capsule 10 ‘S at the proper time. If the patient misses a dose of U-Progest 200mg Capsule 10 ‘S, they should take it immediately but if the time for the next dose of the drug is near then it’s beneficial for patients to skip the missed dose and take the tablets as per schedule.

Pessary

Patients are asked to either lie down with their legs spread apart or to go into a squat position and insert the pessary into the vagina. In a few minutes, the pressure tends to dissolve and the drug is absorbed into the bloodstream. Physicians may prescribe a pessary to be placed once or twice daily depending on each patient’s needs. Pessaries are not advised in the prevention of a miscarriage.

Pregnancy Use and Lactation
