Solosin SR 0.4mg Capsule 10 ‘S is to be ingested orally at least 30 minutes after having a meal (preferably after breakfast),once daily with plenty of water to help ease the passage of the capsule into the esophagus.Solosin SR 0.4mg Capsule 10 ‘S is started with a low dose and is increased after a 2 week grace period if the patient does not experience any severe adverse effects.Solosin SR 0.4mg Capsule 10 ‘S is not to be stopped abruptly or without the consent of a physician once symptoms disappear as that might lead to a resurgence of undesirable symptoms.
