Forhef 24/26mg Tablet 10 ‘S combines two different chemical groups in one tablet to lower and prevent the risk of heart failure, by not allowing a decrease in the diameter of major blood vessels: thereby, ensuring the correct flow of blood and heart functions. Forhef 24/26mg Tablet 10 ‘S consists of a Neprilysin inhibitor (Sacubitril) and an Angiotensin 11 receptor blockers (Valsartan).

A tablet of Forhef 24/26mg Tablet 10 ‘S is prescribed per day to be taken orally (by mouth) either with or without food. Forhef 24/26mg Tablet 10 ‘S’s dosage may differ for each patient as the treatment regime for each patient depends upon their weight, stage of illness, each patient’s response to Forhef 24/26mg Tablet 10 ‘S and any pre-existing medical condition a patient might have. Forhef 24/26mg Tablet 10 ‘S is safe to be prescribed to patients under the age of 1 year and above; Forhef 24/26mg Tablet 10 ‘S is deemed unsafe for consumption for breastfeeding, expecting, lactating mothers as well as to women who are planning to start a family.

It is advised to not stop treatment abruptly without consulting a doctor as that may increase the risk of heart failure and stroke significantly. If you miss a dose of the medication, make sure you take it as soon as possible on that same day. Adult Dosage

Child Dosage
