Terbiderm Liquid 20 ml belongs to a group of chemicals known as azoles and aids in reducing fungal infections such as fungal nail infection,athlete’s foot,vaginal yeast infections,ringworm infections and similar illnesses.Azoles work by altering the permeability of the fungal cell walls allowing the human body’s natural defenses to eliminate the infection. 

A thin layer of Terbiderm Liquid 20 ml is to be applied on the skin with clean hands 1-2 times per day or as advised by the physician.Terbiderm Liquid 20 ml is to be used under the care and supervision of a doctor and for a specified period of time only.Application/usage of Terbiderm Liquid 20 ml is not be stopped abruptly as that may lead to a recurrence of the ailment,therefore,patients are advised to not stop using the Terbiderm Liquid 20 ml once they see or feel an improvement in their symptoms,which is likely to occur 2-3 weeks after starting treatment with Terbiderm Liquid 20 ml.

How To Use Terbiderm Liquid 20 ml

A thin layer of Terbiderm Liquid 20 ml is to be applied on the skin with clean hands 1-2 times per day or as advised by the physician,for 2 weeks.Do not use a rough hand and just gently apply Terbiderm Liquid 20 ml on the affected area.Terbiderm Liquid 20 ml is not meant to be covered after application if Terbiderm Liquid 20 ml is being used on diaper rashes;caretakers are advised to losely fasten diapers in such situations.

Elderly Dosage 

For patients aged 65 years and above,Terbiderm Liquid 20 ml is prescribed only when necessary and under the care and supervision of a doctor.A small dose of Terbiderm Liquid 20 ml is prescribed and for a limited number of days.
