Bemot 50mg Capsule 1 ‘S is prescribed to women who are unable to conceive,especially due to ovarian disorders such as polycystic ovary syndrome,amenorrhea-galactorrhea syndrome and similar hormonal disorders.Bemot 50mg Capsule 1 ‘S works by increasing secretion of FSH (which stimulates the development of the eggs or follicles in the ovaries) and LH (which causes the release of the mature egg into the fallopian tube for fertilization).Commonly,one egg is matured and released in each cycle but with Bemot 50mg Capsule 1 ‘S upto three eggs can be matured during one cycle and thereby increasing the chances of fertilization.
A tablet a day is prescribed and Bemot 50mg Capsule 1 ‘S is used for 5 days and the first dose is to be taken on the 3rd,4th or 5th day of the menstrual cycle.Bemot 50mg Capsule 1 ‘S is not prescribed to pregnant or lactating women nor is it safe to prescribe Bemot 50mg Capsule 1 ‘S to patients suffering from liver impairment/disease or women diagnosed by hormonal tumors.Bemot 50mg Capsule 1 ‘S may cause visual disturbances,ovarian enlargement,vasomotor flushes and dizziness;these symptoms disappear after treatment with Bemot 50mg Capsule 1 ‘S ends.

How Does Bemot 50mg Capsule 1 ‘S Work
FSH (follicle stimulating hormone) and LH (luteinizing hormone) are naturally present in the female body and their levels increase during the process of ovulation (a monthly cycle in female bodies,whereby a mature egg is produced by the female reproductive system).
Bemot 50mg Capsule 1 ‘S works by increasing secretion of FSH (which stimulates the development of the eggs or follicles in the ovaries) and LH (which causes the release of the mature egg into the fallopian tube for fertilization).Commonly,one egg is matured and released in each cycle but with Bemot 50mg Capsule 1 ‘S upto three eggs can be matured during one cycle and thereby increasing the chances of fertilization.
How To Use Bemot 50mg Capsule 1 ‘S
Bemot 50mg Capsule 1 ‘S is used for 5 days and the first dose is to be taken on the 3rd,4th or 5th day of the menstrual cycle.An ultrasound can be done on the 11th or 12th day of the menstrual cycle to check and confirm the development of ovarian follicles which will lead to an ovulation cycle that can result in fertilization.

Pregnancy Use And Lactation
This drug is not to be taken or prescribed to expecting and lactating mothers as it may have fatal consequences for the unborn child.If you are taking the drug and become pregnant,inform your doctor immediately.It is unclear if Bemot 50mg Capsule 1 ‘S is found in breast milk but Bemot 50mg Capsule 1 ‘S has been reported to decrease the amount of breast milk produced and therefore,should only be taken under the careful care and advise of a physician.

- Feeling or being sick (nausea or vomiting) or diarrhoea –Avoid eating rich or spicy food. It might help to take medication after food. If you’re being sick, try drinking small, frequent sips of water. If you have diarrhoea, replenish with plenty of water or other fluids.
- Feeling dizzy (lightheaded) or weak –If the medication makes you feel dizzy or weak, stop what you’re doing and sit or lie down until you feel better and do not rise too fast or immediately from a sitting or lying down position to a standing posture.
