It can also relieve heartburn from acid reflux by decreasing the amount of acid being secreted in the stomach. Tagamet 200mg Tablet 20 ‘S is chemically composed of Cimetidine. It is taken orally according to the dosage prescribed by a doctor. Tagamet 200mg Tablet 20 ‘S is commonly taken once or twice a day. To prevent symptoms, it is taken 15 to 60 minutes before consuming food and/or drinks that may cause heartburn.
