If the medication gets into these areas, patients are required to rinse it immediately with plenty of water and inform a doctor.

How Does {{Product}} Work

How To Use {{Product}} 

{{Product}} comes in the form of a cream/lotion which is to be applied on the affected area with a clean hand in a thin layer and rubbed gently on it. If a lotion is being used, the patient is required to shake the bottle well before every use.

Dosage

Children Dosage

Apply a thin layer up to 3 times a day. For not more than 1-2 weeks. 

Adult Dosage

Apply a thin layer up to 3 times a day. For not more than 2-4 weeks.

Pregnancy And Lactation Use

It has been unknown whether {{Product}} causes any harm to pregnant or nursing women as no medical research has been carried over this topic and no cases of harm or potential risk have been reported. However, it should still only be applied by pregnant or nursing women when highly important and no other safer options are available. If a woman gets pregnant during the treatment, she is advised to contact her doctor.

How To Cope-Up with Some Effects 

Itching- apply a moisturizer to the skin and wait for 10-15 minutes after which apply Cicatrin Powder 20 gm onto the skin. This will prevent skin from getting dry and flaky.

Redness Of the Skin- can be combated by applying a cold pack to the affected area.

Photosensitivity- patients are asked to wear sun protective clothing when going outside including gloves and a hat, to apply generous amounts of broad-spectrum sunblock along with wearing sunglasses. Patients are advised to do all necessary work after sunset to reduce or eliminate sun exposure while undergoing treatment with Cicatrin Powder 20 gm.

Burning sensation- the patient is required to not touch the application site with dirty hands most importantly and keep the skin clean by clearing pus or excessive dirt before application.  

Sensitization– it is a common side effect that tends to go away with time, patients are required to not use any cosmetic or herbal product on the skin which may cause hypersensitivity.
