Tetrahydrozoline is an alpha-adrenergic agonist used for the relief of discomfort and redness of eyes caused by irritants. Antazoline is an anti-histamine agent used for the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis.    

Optilerge Drops 10ml 1 ‘S is used for the treatment of nasal congestion, symptoms of allergic conjunctivitis, blockage of nasal passages, irritation in the eye, excessive ingrowth of blood vessels in the cornea, and other conditions. Optilerge Drops 10ml 1 ‘S comes in solution form. Optilerge Drops 10ml 1 ‘S may cause side effects such as blurred vision, eye irritation, headache, hypertension, drowsiness, and various others.

Tetrahydrozoline

How To Use Optilerge Drops 10ml 1 ‘S

Optilerge Drops 10ml 1 ‘S comes in solution form and is instilled in the eyes. To use the eye drops, follow these steps

• Wash your hands thoroughly with water and soap.
• Check the tip of the dropper to check if it is not cracked or chipped.
• Avoid touching the tip of the dropper against your eye.
• Tilt your head back and pull your lower eyelid down.
• Look upwards and squeeze the dropper so a droplet falls in the eye.
• Close your eye for 2-3 minutes and look downwards. 
• If you are prescribed to use more than 1 drop, then wait for 5 minutes before administering the next drop.

• 1-2 drops in the affected eye(s) 2-3 times daily.
