Melas-H 1%+2% Cream 15 gm belongs to a class of topical medicines which is a combination of Steroids and antibacterial (fusidane). Melas-H 1%+2% Cream 15 gm is prescribed for the treatment of a number of inflammatory skin conditions, more suited for conditions with bacterial infection as well (eg, swelling, itchiness) caused by eczema, dermatitis, and psoriasis. and also for certain bacterial infections of the skin. Vulnerable bacterial species include mild infections due to staphylococcus aureus, streptococcus epidermidis, and others.

Melas-H 1%+2% Cream 15 gm contains Hydrocortisone acetate and Fusidic acid which acts by reducing inflammation and redness, as well as inhibiting protein synthesis in susceptible bacteria. Therapeutic outcomes of Melas-H 1%+2% Cream 15 gm have been well-received due to its dual mode of action against inflammatory skin conditions. 

Melas-H 1%+2% Cream 15 gm is available in the form of cream in a tube, meant for external use only. Melas-H 1%+2% Cream 15 gm is available in form of cream meant for external use only to be applied with clean hands after washing the affected skin properly and gently drying afterward. Melas-H 1%+2% Cream 15 gm is safe for use in adults and children above 3 years of age. In children, careful application and monitoring are advised to avoid accidental ingestion.

Usage

Dosage 

Melas-H 1%+2% Cream 15 gm is not used for very long periods. Treatment is commonly prescribed for 2 weeks.
