Through its action on alpha-adrenergic receptors, Adrenaline 1mg/ml Injection 1 ml minimizes vasodilation and increases vascular permeability. Adrenaline 1mg/ml Injection 1 ml relaxes the smooth muscle of the bronchi and iris and is a histamine antagonist, making it useful in treating the effects of allergic reactions. Through its action on beta-adrenergic receptors, Adrenaline 1mg/ml Injection 1 ml leads to bronchial smooth muscle relaxation that helps to relieve bronchospasm, wheezing, and dyspnea that may occur during anaphylaxis reactions.
